At Kingshill Infant School, we cherish the joy of reading, and our Surprise Reader initiative adds an exciting twist! Each week, volunteer parents surprise our pupils by coming in to read a story aloud. To keep the mystery alive, children cover their eyes until the moment the Surprise Reader is revealed! This special experience not only fosters a love for books but also strengthens the bond between families and our school community. Our students eagerly anticipate these delightful surprises, which inspire them to explore new stories and ignite their imaginations.
