Class issues and complaints procedures:

We hope that you won't need the below procedures but please see below, an overview of our class issues and complaints procedures.

1. Call the office to log your query, issue or complaint. Please do not email this into admin, head or the class email addresses. Complaints or issues will require a call in to the office during opening hours to book an appointment with the class teacher.

2. Please request a call back or an in-person appointment with your child's class teacher first.

3. If you still feel there is an issue, please call back to book an appointment with the class teacher and the phase leader (either Mrs Tomlin or Mrs Milbourn)

4. If the issue persists, please book to see Mr Plumb along with the class teacher, should it be appropriate.

After following these procedures, you are not satisfied with the outcome, please refer to our School Complaints policy.

If you require a paper copy of any information on our website, please contact the school office and this can be provided free of charge.
