Working at Kingshill Infant School is exciting, rewarding, fast-paced and fun. We support our team, offer career development and ensure you are well trained to complete your role to the best of your ability. We have a heavy focus on staff well-being and try to create a healthy work life balance for all. Although we work hard, we expect our staff to go home at a reasonable hour and to not work over holidays. We value our staff and believe that happy staff create a happy working environment and as a result a better provision for our children.
If you feel like Kingshill is a school that you would like to work at, please see our available vacancies below.
From time to time, different positions may become available within our school. We advertise all of our vacancies on the Teach in Herts website. If our school has any vacancies, you can find them by clicking here.
We are always looking for volunteers to support our children and school. Volunteering positions can range from reading with children, supporting class teachers, painting and decorating, cleaning and many more. If you are willing to give up some of your time to support our school, we would love to speak to you. Please call or email our school office to arrange a conversation with the headteacher.
UPDATE: Due to COVID-19, we currently cannot offer volunteering positions in school. As soon as restrictions are lifted, we will send out further updates.
If you are a student who is working towards becoming a teacher and are looking for a school to support with your training, we would be willing to have a discussion with you or your course provider to see whether we can offer you a placement. Please contact the school office via phone or email to arrange a conversation with the headteacher.
We are committed to the safeguarding of all children and young people. Any appointment, in any position, will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, references and medical checks.
